Arenoli Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-6
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arenoli website, eSIM data plans, checkout, order delivery, support services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, purchasing an eSIM plan, downloading an eSIM, activating a data plan, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
1. About Arenoli
Arenoli is a Canadian digital mobile connectivity brand that provides eSIM data plans for travellers, newcomers, temporary mobile data needs, and modern mobile users.
For these Terms, "Arenoli", "we", "us", or "our" means:
ADVANCED CONSULTING & ENGINEERING INC. Operating as Arenoli Markham, Ontario, Canada Support: [email protected]
Arenoli may act as a reseller, marketplace, or aggregator of mobile connectivity services supplied by third-party network operators, eSIM providers, telecom partners, payment processors, and technology vendors.
We do not own or operate every underlying mobile network used to provide the Services.
2. Related Policies
These Terms should be read together with our:
- Privacy Policy
- Refund Policy
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Device Compatibility guidance
- Any campaign, promotional, or checkout-specific terms shown at the time of purchase
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific campaign or checkout term, the more specific term will apply only to that purchase or campaign.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Services from us.
If you use our Services on behalf of another person, company, organization, or family member, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that they agree to comply with these Terms.
Our Services are primarily intended for personal, consumer, travel, and temporary connectivity use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
4. Our Services
Arenoli provides digital eSIM data plans.
Depending on the plan, Services may include:
- Data-only eSIM plans
- Country-specific eSIM plans
- Regional eSIM plans
- Global eSIM plans
- Temporary data plans
- QR code or manual eSIM installation instructions
- Email delivery of eSIM activation details
- Customer support
Unless clearly stated otherwise, Arenoli eSIM plans are data-only and do not include:
- A local phone number
- Voice calls
- SMS
- Emergency calling
- Roaming voice service
- Traditional mobile subscription service
5. eSIM Delivery
After successful payment, your eSIM details will normally be delivered by email to the email address you provide during checkout.
You are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address.
If you enter the wrong email address, cannot access your email account, or fail to check your spam or junk folder, we may not be responsible for delayed access to your eSIM.
You should contact support as soon as possible if you do not receive your eSIM email after payment.
6. Device Requirements
Before purchasing, you are responsible for confirming that:
- Your device supports eSIM
- Your device is carrier-unlocked
- Your device is compatible with the destination network
- Your device software is up to date
- You have a stable Wi-Fi or data connection to install the eSIM
- You understand how to install and activate an eSIM on your device
Not all devices support eSIM. Some devices may support eSIM in one region but not another. Some carrier-locked phones cannot use third-party eSIMs.
Arenoli may provide compatibility guidance, but final responsibility for checking device compatibility remains with you.
7. Purchase, Installation, and Activation
To use an Arenoli eSIM, you may need to:
- Select a plan
- Complete checkout
- Receive the eSIM details by email
- Install the eSIM on a compatible device
- Connect to the supported network at the destination
- Enable data roaming if required
- Follow the installation instructions provided
Some data plans begin their validity period only after connecting to a supported network. Other plans may begin immediately upon installation, purchase, or activation, depending on the supplier and destination.
The applicable validity period, data amount, destination coverage, and other key terms are shown at checkout or in the plan details.
You should not install or activate the eSIM too early unless you understand when the plan validity begins.
8. Data Plans
Each data plan may include:
- Data allowance
- Validity period
- Supported country or region
- Network operator information
- Supported speed such as 4G or 5G where available
- Data-only limitations
- Activation rules
- Fair usage rules
- Hotspot/tethering availability where applicable
Unused data normally expires at the end of the plan validity period.
Data plans are prepaid unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once a data plan expires or is fully consumed, it cannot normally be extended unless a top-up or additional plan is available.
9. Coverage and Network Quality
Coverage, signal strength, speed, latency, availability, and network performance depend on many factors outside our direct control, including:
- Local network operator performance
- Destination country infrastructure
- Network congestion
- Location
- Building materials
- Weather
- Device compatibility
- Device settings
- Roaming configuration
- Regulatory restrictions
- Maintenance or outages
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific network speeds, 5G availability, or coverage in every location.
4G or 5G references mean the plan may support those technologies where available. Actual speed may vary.
10. Roaming
Some eSIM plans operate through roaming arrangements.
When using an eSIM while roaming, different laws, regulations, network practices, and technical limitations may apply.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device settings are correctly configured, including enabling data roaming if required.
Roaming may consume data differently depending on network routing, device behaviour, apps running in the background, or local operator systems.
11. Hotspot and Tethering
Hotspot or tethering may be available on some plans, but it depends on:
- The plan
- The destination
- The underlying network operator
- Your device
- Your operating system
- Local network restrictions
Unless expressly guaranteed, hotspot availability is not guaranteed.
Excessive hotspot usage, commercial sharing, resale, or use as a fixed broadband replacement may be restricted.
12. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown before checkout.
You agree to pay the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion where applicable.
Arenoli may display prices in different currencies, including CAD, HKD, USD, or other supported currencies.
If no currency is selected, Arenoli may use its default pricing currency.
Currency conversion, markup, and final pricing are calculated by Arenoli's backend systems.
Prices may change at any time before purchase.
Completing checkout authorizes us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
13. Payment Providers
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe or other payment processors.
By completing payment, you may also be subject to the payment provider's own terms, privacy policy, security checks, fraud prevention, and payment authorization rules.
Arenoli does not store full payment card details unless expressly stated. Payment information is generally handled by third-party payment processors.
14. Promo Codes
Arenoli may offer promo codes or promotional discounts.
Promo codes:
- Must be entered before payment
- May expire
- May be limited to certain countries, plans, currencies, campaigns, customers, or time periods
- May have usage limits
- May not be combined with other offers unless stated
- Have no cash value
- May be withdrawn or modified at our discretion
If a promo code is invalid, expired, misused, or not applicable to your order, the discount will not apply.
Promo code eligibility is determined by Arenoli's backend system.
15. Taxes and Fees
Prices may or may not include taxes depending on your location, billing information, destination, or payment method.
Where required, applicable taxes may be added during checkout.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or charges that may apply to your purchase or use of the Services.
16. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the status of your eSIM and data plan.
16.1 Non-Activated eSIM or Data Plan
You may request a refund if:
- The eSIM has not been installed; or
- The eSIM has been installed but the data plan has not been activated or used; and
- The refund request is submitted within the eligible refund period stated below.
16.2 Activated or Used eSIM
Once an eSIM or data plan has been activated or used, refunds are not guaranteed.
Arenoli may consider a full or partial refund if:
- The issue was caused by Arenoli or our supplier
- You were unable to use the plan due to a verified technical issue
- You contacted us within a reasonable time
- You cooperated with troubleshooting
- The data plan remains unused or minimally used
16.3 Refund Request Period
Unless a different period is required by law or shown at checkout, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
For activated plans, requests should be made as soon as the issue occurs.
16.4 No Refund Situations
Refunds may be refused where:
- Your device is not eSIM-compatible
- Your device is carrier-locked
- You purchased the wrong plan
- You installed or activated the eSIM too early
- You no longer need the plan
- You entered the wrong email address and did not contact us promptly
- You deleted the eSIM from your device
- You failed to follow installation instructions
- You did not enable required device settings
- You used the data plan
- The plan expired
- The issue was caused by local network coverage limitations
- There is evidence of abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, or violation of these Terms
- The eSIM was purchased from a third party instead of directly from Arenoli
16.5 Partial Refunds
Where partial usage has occurred, any refund may be limited to the unused portion of the plan, if technically and commercially feasible.
16.6 Replacement Instead of Refund
Where appropriate, Arenoli may offer:
- A replacement eSIM
- A different plan
- Store credit
- Technical support
instead of a refund.
16.7 How to Request a Refund
